Rising Milky Way

The Milky Way, swamped in green, and red, banded airglow, rising in the mountains of West Virginia. The image was taken during the Night Owl Star Party in 2024. This mosaic was stiched together with 33, 30 second frames for a total integration time of 16 minutes and 30 seconds.
